If I (Elizabeth) am ever to leave the forum permanently, or go on extended leave of any sort, then Olivia is the only forumer to be able to control my characters (and you all know damn well who they are; the Browns, next-gen's Silvas, etc). No one else may use them/godmode them for any reason whatsoever.

If Olivia is ever to retire/go on extensive leave from the forum, then my characters will go unused if/when both of us are gone.
